Having promised to help the Gormak shaman Hadrik leave Voss in exchange for his help, you head to the Dark Heart ritual site in the Nightmare Lands to perform the ritual that will heal your fractured mind and silence the ghosts.
This mission involves fighting your way through a non-instanced dungeon to reach the instanced space. Be warned that a death in the instanced area means running all the way back from a med center (you can't revive with a probe droid inside the instance) and likely fighting your way through all the respawns in the non-instanced area.
When fighting the end boss, Horak-Mul, watch for induction attacks that can be interrupted. He will heal himself with Regeneration, and do heavy damage with Force Storm - these two inductions in particular need to be interrupted whenever possible.

The medical probe thing is
The medical probe thing is kinda dumb- agreed. I'm heal spec and was able to do this @ 44 using Khem on Zash and Talos on the last guy. Long fights. PS if you get in trouble on the last guy you can electrocute him and sprint to the meditation stone to exit.

Yeah, I'm stuck on Horak Mul
Yeah, I'm stuck on Horak Mul at L48. Can't get him below about 40%. Last time I looked like I was doing fairly well and he whipped out his magic whatever and killed my companion and me from about 60% health each to zero in a second flat - that's not a joke. He's WAY Overpower for that level. I gotta find a way to get to about Level 50 before I try him again.

Yeah, I think Zash is
Yeah, I think Zash is overpowered for this level too. I am level 42.... VERY stacked in gear and willpower, and I have tried using Talos in both stances (fighting and healing), I have tried using Ashara ( who I also keep VERY stacked as an always dependable "fighting" partner )...... and every time I get Zash down to about 10% health her health quits depleting and she just rides out the fight on that 10%, while my 30% or so nosedives! **Thinking that is bs

I'm level 50 and I'm having
I'm level 50 and I'm having difficulty; go to Corellia it will let you do quests until fifty. After that, I guess get good gear for Talos or find a friend to help (my Talos gear sucks.)

I soloed this tonight. Level
I soloed this tonight. Level 43 sith assassin tank spec. Used talos the healing companion and a number of interupts. Used spark, the knockback ability ( forget it's name ). Electrocute and my classes other interupt. Was a long fight however like others have said interrupts are key. I used the knock back as a last ditch interrupt when others were on cd. And used 3 stacks of dark charge with force lightning to heal me. For his aoe lightning I tried to use electrocute on him and ran out of the aoe. Other than that I tried to interrupt his heals when possible. I one shot him but then again I am a 43 tank with almost 12000 health. Also a word of advice for people below level 43 don't even bother. If the boss is 5 levels or more above your spells will miss 90% of the time. I tried the first one at 42 and it was a 47 I got my butt kicked came back at 43 and one shot him as well.

Took me a few tries to get a good rhythm going. I used Talos. Focused on interrupts and made damage dealing secondary. Since overload takes a second to activate, don't get yourself caught in the middle of another action when you need to use it. Because of cooldowns, I used jolt > electrocute > jolt > overload.
