Corellia Datacron Locations

In this guide, we provide you with maps and complete directions to each of the datacrons hidden throughout Corellia in The Old Republic (be sure to check out our Tython Guide too). Datacrons are ancient devices that will provide you with permanent stat boosts, or matrix shards that can be combined to create items for your 'relic' equipment slots. On Corellia, there are a total of 5 stat boosts, and 2 matrix shards - complete details on how to find each can be found below.

[Empire] Willpower +4

This Empire only datacron can be found on Incorporation Islands, to the south east in Capital Way. Travel to point (-2295, 2885) and you will come to the edge of a man made cliff. If you look to your right you should be able to see the datacron on a nearby beam between two pillars. Just below will be two hovering platforms travelling back and forth though the gorge. Carefully time your jump down onto the platform travelling toward the datacron. If you jump onto the one heading away from the datacron it will knock you off when it reaches the other wall. Once the platform is over top of the datacron, carefully jump off onto the beam and collect it.

[Republic] Willpower +4

The Republic’s willpower datacron is located in the Blastfield Shipyard, within the Hyper Drive Installation Zone. At point (1195, 1660) you should see a ledge, follow it west and then south around the building. Along the way you should have noticed the many diagonal beams leading up to another platform. At the last one you come across, jump up it, turn around, and jump over to the other beam. Follow this one to the right until you come across an orange beam. Once you’re on top of it turn around and jump up to the next platform. Straight ahead you will see some black octagonal crates you can use to jump up onto the larger crate; from the large crate jump onto the nearby wing of the starfighter, and then off the western side of the starfighter onto the nearby stack of crates. Your next move is a jump west to another orange looking beam, attached to the beam is a pillar with a narrow platform around it. Follow the platform to the left and then jump onto the pipe that will take you to a nearby ledge. Follow the ledge west and use another small pipe to cross over to the large open platform. Jump from the western side of this platform down onto the steel awning below and follow it all the way to the end around the corner. There take the fallen girder up to the large steel scaffolding and head right. Carefully make the jump from the beam onto the platform containing the datacron.

Strength +4

Start off by heading to Labor Valley and then to point (-2897, -2072) where you should see a large triangular awning that you can reach by using a narrow pipe leading up. Once you’re up, there will be a Sith transport ship being moved by a crane. When the crane brings it close enough, hop on board and ride it to the large scaffold structure covered in missiles. To the east of the scaffold there are some containers, jump down onto them and then use the nearby plank to climb up onto the next set of containers. On the other side of this container there is a small crane moving up and down; use it to reach the next level. At this point you should see the datacron glowing on top of another batch of containers in the room. Another plank to the right of the containers will lead you straight to it.

Blue Matrix Shard

The second datacron located in Labor Valley, this one can be found in the south eastern corner of the map. At the end of the road at point (-2311, -986), there is a hologram door that you can pass through into the “Derelict Service Area”.  Once through follow the hallway and destroy or avoid the multiple groups of normal, strong, and elite droids throughout (some you have to destroy). When you reach the large room at the end, the datacron is waiting for you at the back on top of an easy to reach crate.

Cunning +4

The final datacron located in Labor Valley is in the north east corner of the map. Around point (-2488, -3090) there is a large pile of rubble, around halfway up use the curved metal beam to jump over onto the awning of the building. Run all the way around to the other side of the building and then jump over to the large cable slumped over a beam at the end. Jump from the cable over to the large fallen tower to your left and follow it until you’re over the catwalk. Carefully jump down to the catwalk off the right side of the tower. The datacron is inside this section of catwalk.

Green Matrix Shard

Note: You will need the Magnetic Grappler gun from Alderaan in order to collect this datacron. It can be purchase from the vendor directly south of Talarn Outpost.

Start off by heading to the southern end of Archival Square in Axial Park. At the point marked on the map above is the entrance to the Corellian Museum of Starships. Head inside and take the elevator on your right to the rooftop shuttle pad. Jump onto the Imperial Shuttle on the landing pad and climb up its right wing. Jump off the wing onto the roof below and then down onto the awning the east and below.  Continue to follow this awning and just before it makes its final right turn around the building look up and you should see the magnetic stabilizer on the side of a statue. Select the stabilizer and (if you have the grappler) you will be pulled up onto the roof (the grappler may bug, some say double-clicking the stabilizer works best, but be sure not to jump while in midair). Follow the tunnel to your right and it will take you directly to the datacron.

Aim +4

This datacron can be found in the Government District within a collapsed building in the Coronet Museums area. At point (3125, -1835) you will see a large pillar in the center of the demolished building. Climb the girder beside it and wait for the very slow moving elevator to come down and then ride it to the top. At the top there is a large explosive tank. Position yourself between it and the platform the datacron is on and select it. If positioned correctly it will blow straight across to the datacron.

Presence +4

The second and final datacron in the Government Sector can be found in Port Pevaria, a small enclosed space port heavily guarded by republic. To enter Port Pevaria, use the entrance located at point (3275, -3100) and make your way to the northern crane. On the lower steel platform to the left of the large starship look to the right of the ramp. You should be able to see a very small gap in the corner of the wall large enough for you to pass through and fall to the pipes below. Carefully follow the pipes east for quite a while and you will come to the area with the datacron. Jump down onto the platform and collect your prize.

Note: It may appear that there is nothing supporting the datacron for some people. It is safe to jump down to the area surrounding the datacron.
