As I've mentioned before I have "confidential" type infractions and I have not been shy about roasting BioWare's chestnuts whenever I feel they've screwed up. So I figure there is a very good chance that I've been blacklisted. Then again, there are only two classes I'm interested in so once I run through their stories my reason to keep playing becomes much more in doubt. Therefore their chances of getting me to still buy TOR improve greatly if I don't get into Beta at all.
Well the official word is the people in Australia aren't getting picked, but I know of three at least. Looks like they're just picking people who say they're in the US.

I doubt us in the EU are gonna get in tbh , not seen one person from here say they got in.
