We have a deep and intuitive hierarchy system that we are proud of in the Paragon SWTOR guild. Its depth allows for there to be room to move up for every member, no matter if they want to just be a normal every-day member, are looking for an officer position or something in between. With systems that follow a buddy system idea, as well as an officer+council system that is designed to run effectively and give everyone a chance to take on tasks and be part of the decision making process. What is the "Paragon Gaming Network"?

The Paragon Gaming Network can be separated into two different pieces to the same puzzle. Network and Community. At the core of its creation it was a group of gamers looking to play games together. This idea would eventually evolve and the Network portion would be tacked on. However, as we grow larger and more prominent in the gaming media world; we keep our core strong as we stay grounded in the community by hosting guilds and clans in different games of interest. Our leadership plays these games and often leads these chapters, making time for the community portion of Paragon.

In the meantime, the Network thrives. The idea behind it being, build a network of creativity driven blogs, websites, podcasts and web-shows that don't just cover gaming news, but offer opinions, passion and creativity in the content that each sponsored and syndicated site provides. Whether its our flagship website Yufmelt.com as it covers SWTOR and everything related to it, the Yufcast podcast therein or any of the new websites, video series, etc.

And that in a vague nutshell is Paragon. And when you join one of the chapters, sign up on the forums, or simply lurk in the shadows; you are part of that and we hope that you gain a lot from being in that circle. No matter what part of the Pargon Gaming Network you choose to be a part of, you are a Paranaught and will forever remain one. So, join us and see what we are all about as we grow and expand and you do the same along side us.

The Process
In order to join Paragon Gaming, you must first signify to us that you want to start a trial process. You can do this various ways and these ways will change once the game launches. For now, the easiest way is to apply through the Guild HQ system and after that you will be contacted by an officer to further assimilate you into the ranks of Paragon. The Trial
We have a largely open recruitment policy. This means we are open to bring in any member who is qualified for membership. However, thanks to an in-depth officer system, we put our members through a closely watched trial period in which they receive minimal access to our utilities. We will gather information from all aspects of membership on the trial member then at the end of the trial period, our officers who are in charge of managing these trials will turn over thier collections to the council and the member will either be officially brought on as a Padawan and assigned a Knight or removed from the roster.

If removed, they will be given a reason as to why and will be given a 14 day period of time in which to meditate on this and then they can apply one more time. If they fail to qualify during their second trial attempt they will be stricken from validity.

Raid Recruiting
While we hope to be able to pull from our pool of members, we will be focus recruting for our primary raid group. Our multi-group raiding setup will allow for everyone to have a raid group to be a part of that suits their style; however for our hardcore raid team, we will also be recruiting specific skill-sets and classes to supplement an already great roster if need be. If you are selected for this then you will be given the proper applications and so forth to help keep track of statistics, schedules and so forth.
