Tython Datacron Locations

In this guide, we provide you with maps and complete directions to each of the Datacrons hidden throughout Tython in The Old Republic. Datacrons are ancient devices that will provide you with permanent stat boosts, or matrix shards that can be combined to create items for your 'relic' equipment slots. On Tython, there are a total of 2 stat boosts, and 1 matrix shard - complete details on how to find each can be found below.

+2 Endurance

Located on the Elarian Trail portion of the map, this Datacron can be seen from the forward camp perched within a cave in the side of a cliff. While it can be gotten to by some very difficult jumps, there is a cave opening that leads directly to the Datacron. It can be found just inside Flesh Raider territory, around x: -29, y:20 at the end of a stream. This puts it just south of the path beneath the “F” in Flesh Raider Territory on your map. After entering the cave, simply follow the path and it will take you straight to the Datacron.

+2 Willpower

This Datacron is within the Ruins of Kaleth area of the map. Once in the greater area, enter the large building in the center, on your left will be a fallen column leading up through a hole in the wall. Travel up the column and through the hole; there to your right will be another much larger collapsed pillar leading up to a plateau. After scaling the pillar you should be able to see the datacron just ahead and to the right.

Blue Matrix Shard

The last Datacron is located in the final area of the map, to the south of the Forge Remnants. After entering the area take the western path and follow the rock wall. Eventually there will be a break in the wall leading to an area with some Flesh Raiders in it. At the back of this area is the start of a patch that will lead you into a secluded Flesh Raider encampment. As you drop into this encampment you should be able to see the Datacron in the far right corner, being worshipped by a lone elite Flesh Raider.
